Job Description
Become a part of our Client Setup team at Sportradar and play a crucial role in ensuring clients have seamless access to our products. You’ll work closely with both internal teams and clients, providing expert guidance throughout the entire customer journey.
THE CHALLENGE:
* Develop deep expertise in Sportradar’s products and services.
* Manage the initial setup and configuration of Sportradar services.
* Resolve client issues and provide support through ticketing systems.
* Monitor daily tasks and tickets across multiple platforms ( e.g., Freshdesk, Jira, Slack ).
* Collaborate actively with internal teams to deliver the best client experience.
* Escalate unresolved issues promptly to ensure timely solutions.
* Maintain exceptional attention to detail while handling multiple tasks.
* Act as a key point of contact for other Sportradar stakeholders.
YOUR PROFILE:
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* Proven track record of working with high-profile clients and delivering exceptional customer service.
* Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Quick learner with the ability to acquire new technical skills, software products, and technologies.
* Capability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
