Job Description : We seek a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our expansion into the German market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in government and military and a strong professional network in these sectors. This role will work closely with our Taiwan HQ to achieve company objectives and ensure seamless collaboration. Responsibilities : Business Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to meet company objectives. Partner with Taipei HQ to define target customers and establish strategic partnerships to meet sales goals. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross selling products and services to address client needs effectively. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify B2B opportunities in the market. Leverage experience from a Systems Integrator (SI) background to collaborate with local SIs, focusing on the military, defense, and public safety sectors. Utilize expertise in Taiwanese technology products for effective local business development. Stay knowledgeable about rugged laptops, tablets, NAS, servers, and DRAM/SSD related products. Professional Skills & Abilities: New Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through existing networks. Develop compelling proposals and presentations to showcase our products and services to potential clients. Partnership Development: Collaborate with key stakeholders to forge strategic partnerships with SIs, technology providers, and industry associations. Lead the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including sales revenue and client satisfaction.
