Join the IT team to contribute to EUROAPI’s performance by achieving the digital transformation of our manufacturing sites and support functions. You will support our growth through the delivery of the best systems, IT support, efficient analytical and reporting platforms. Your Responsibilities Business Relationship Management / Strategic Leadership Partner with site leadership teams to align IT initiatives with business objectives and manufacturing requirements. Develop and execute site-specific IT strategies while ensuring alignment with global IT objectives. Drive communication and change management for upcoming major changes on global and/or local infrastructure and applications. Infrastructure & Operations Management Manage and maintain robust IT/OT infrastructure and networks for the site, ensuring high availability and performance of critical systems. Implement, maintain regularly test backup and disaster recovery procedures. Coordinate with global IT teams on infrastructure projects and improvements. Cybersecurity & Compliance Direct responsibility for site cybersecurity across both IT and OT domains, operating under CISO directives and policies. Ensure compliance with cybersecurity regulation (NIS2, KRITIS etc.) Develop and execute local cybersecurity strategy and implementation plans aligned with corporate security framework. Lead site-specific risk assessments and compliance efforts in line with corporate security frameworks. Ensure systems validation meets pharmaceutical industry requirements and ensure compliance with GxP practices, data integrity requirements, pharmaceutical industry standards. Application Management Drive comprehensive application support strategy for site operations, including SAP modules (PP, MM, WM, PM, QM etc.), Quality & Laboratory systems, and other local systems. Coordinate with global application teams and external partners for applications management and upgrades, including coordination of communication, testing and rollout with local key users. Drive continuous improvement initiatives for application performance and user experience. Service Delivery & Support Manage local IT support team providing helpdesk and on-site technical assistance. Ensure service level agreements are met and maintain high customer satisfaction. Coordinate with global service delivery teams for escalated issues. Implement IT service management best practices. Drive user training and adoption of IT solutions. Global Domain Leadership on delegated technology Own and manage assigned global domains across the entire organization (e.g., enterprise applications like labeling systems, or technology platforms like Microsoft solutions). Define and implement global standards and best practices on assigned technology. Manage enterprise-wide contracts and vendor relationships, monitor and optimize global licensing and cost management for assigned technology. Lead cross-functional teams in global implementation of assigned technology, drive standardization and harmonization across sites. Matrix Organization & Cross-Site Collaboration Actively support global/local IT transformation projects, ensuring seamless cross-site collaboration. Support other manufacturing sites with technical expertise and resources as needed. Contribute to definition and implementation of global IT standards and best practices. Collaborate with peers at other sites to share knowledge and resources. Our Requirements Qualification, Technical Skills and Industry Experience Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field Minimum 8 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in manufacturing environment Experience in pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing industry preferred Familiarity with pharmaceutical validation requirements Strong understanding of GxP regulations and pharmaceutical compliance requirements Extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) Experience in OT systems, industrial control systems, and ICS security standards (e.g., IEC 62443) Solid understanding of pharmaceutical validation requirements and GxP regulations Experience implementing and managing security controls in manufacturing environments Expert knowledge in assigned global domains (e.g., pharmaceutical labeling systems, Microsoft 365, manufacturing applications) Strong vendor and contract management capabilities Experience with enterprise architecture and solution design Knowledge of change control and configuration management in regulated environments Experience with manufacturing and quality management applications Knowledge of IT service management frameworks and best practices Management and Leadership Skills Proven experience managing technical teams in a matrix organization Strong business acumen and ability to align IT with business objectives Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience in change management and organizational transformation Ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural environment Your Benefits An international working environment in which you can develop your talents and realize ideas and innovations together in a competent team.
