Job Title: Territory Sales Manager – Germany (IT/OT Startups, Go-to-Market)
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our clients team in Germany. This role focuses on driving sales and market expansion for innovative IT/OT solutions within the startup ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders in startups, understanding their unique business challenges, and delivering tailored Go-to-Market strategies to ensure the successful adoption and growth of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the German startup market.
* Identify and target high-potential startup opportunities in the IT/OT sector, from early-stage to growth-phase companies.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives, founders, and technical leaders.
* Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to tailor Go-to-Market initiatives and drive product adoption.
* Lead the sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
* Provide insights on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform product and strategy development.
* Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in sales within the IT/OT or technology sectors, with a strong focus on startups and innovative environments.
* Solid understanding of Go-to-Market strategies and sales methodologies in the B2B space.
* Ability to understand complex technical solutions and communicate their value to non-technical stakeholders.
* Strong network within the German startup ecosystem and the ability to establish trust quickly.
* Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and business development.
