Your tasks
6. Implementation, monitoring and control of scheduling
7. Ensuring the timely supply of materials
8. Aircraft-related information procurement (inventory, expected delivery dates, appointments) for all planned and unplanned material requirements
9. Assistance in identifying and analyzing requirements for specific spare parts, repairs and customer orders
10. Supporting the implementation of the use and procurement of alternative supply options or in-house alternative items
11. Development and implementation of missing parts reports
12. Acting as contact person for internal customers on all material topics
13. Participation in international meetings
Your profile
14. Completed studies in the field of industrial engineering, business administration or economics
15. Professional experience in scheduling/material procurement, supplier management or supply chain
16. Detailed knowledge of MS Office, SAP knowledge desirable
17. Business fluent in German and English
18. Independent and goal-oriented way of working
19. Pronounced flexibility and ability to work under pressure
20. Strong team player
