What we achieve together
* In the position of Legal Counsel (m/f/d), you will focus on ensuring proactive, comprehensive and high-quality legal support/advice for several group functions (currently e.g. Purchasing and Real Estate) as well as sales regions (currently e.g. the Eastern Region) in all legal matters (excluding labor, tax and patent law)
* Your tasks will include reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts, managing projects in a legal context and managing and monitoring legal disputes, including managing external legal advisors and other experts
* You will advise the managers (m/f/d) responsible for your areas of responsibility (including executive management level) on all legal matters
* We support the admission as an in-house lawyer on request
What makes us successful together
* You have successfully completed your training as a fully qualified lawyer (m/f/d) (at least one state examination with “fully satisfactory”)
* You can already look back on several years of professional experience in a renowned law firm or a (ideally multinational) company
* You have good negotiation and communication skills as well as good organizational skills. In addition, you have strong willpower, perseverance & assertiveness
* Your business fluent German and English skills round off your profile
