As our Global Inventory & Pricing Manager, you will lead the selection of inventory, cultivate supplier partnerships, and tailor pricing strategies for each market. Your role is crucial in boosting sales, improving product conversion rates, and facilitating growth in key destinations, supported by a collaborative editorial team that identifies and promotes the best deals on our app and website.

DUTIES ON DECK
9. Conduct in-depth analysis of current market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor activities to uncover valuable insights that identify growth opportunities and market gaps.
10. Create and manage a diverse portfolio that surpasses customer expectations, boosting sales across different markets.
11. Strategically define and implement pricing strategies tailored to different products or categories to optimize profitability and market competitiveness. This includes analyzing pricing dynamics and leveraging data-driven insights to ensure pricing decisions align with business objectives and market conditions.
12. Create a structured framework and methodology for ongoing evaluation of portfolio performance and competitive landscape analysis to continuously monitor market trends, assess competitive positioning, and refine strategies to maintain a leading edge in the marketplace.
13. Foster and maintain collaborative relationships with key suppliers, acting as a trusted partner to enhance inventory management and negotiate favorable terms. By cultivating strong partnerships.
14. Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison for internal stakeholders across diverse functions including market operations, product development, IT, and central services. This role involves aligning cross-functional teams, facilitating effective communication, and driving consensus to support strategic initiatives and operational excellence.
YOUR TREASURE OF EXPERIENCE
15. Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
16. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Product or Yield Management within the online travel, virtual tour operating, or dynamic packaging industries
17. Strong communication and organizational abilities, capable of effectively coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
18. Demonstrated strategic and solution-oriented approach with a keen eye for identifying opportunities and implementing effective solutions
19. Experience in developing and implementing effective pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
20. Fexibility to adapt strategies based on changing market conditions and customer preferences.
