Your Responsibilities
As People Partner, you are an important link between the company, our leadership team, and employees. In this position, you will play a critical role in shaping our company culture, driving employee engagement, and ensuring our workforce thrives in an environment that fosters innovation and growth.
* You will collaborate closely with your colleagues in Talent Acquisition and People Operations.
* You are a sparring partner to our leadership team in all people matters to achieve organizational goals.
* You support in the implementation and ongoing execution of global key people concepts.
* You support change processes and lead conversations with an eye on company culture and core values.
* You support in the execution of promotions, job architectures, people development, and performance improvement plans.
* You act as a mediator in sensitive situations.
Your Profile
* You have worked in a generalist people partner role in an international B2B environment.
* You have experience in a scale-up or startup environment of small to medium size (ideally 100-1000 employees) in a hybrid and/or remote work culture (Jedox currently has around 320 employees in 17 countries).
* You have a passion for scaling high-performing organizations smartly.
* You have high resilience in driving change.
* You have expertise in labour law and compensation & benefits.
* You have worked with generalist HR software such as Personio; experience with people enablement tools (such as Leapsome) would be beneficial.
* You have excellent English and German language skills.
