1. In your role as IT Business Partner (m/f/d), you will be part our team of strategic business partners, reporting to the Head of IT Business Partnering.
2. You will act as a liaison between IT and the business, ensuring that IT initiatives align with business objectives and effectively translating business needs into IT solutions.
3. You will be part of the extended management team(s) of the Heraeus Operating Companies (OpCo), interacting with senior business leaders.
4. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the business value contribution of Heraeus IT by delivering our IT Strategy, with a strong focus on strategic and value-oriented business and IT alignment.
5. Effective business stakeholder management is key to success, you establish yourself as the OpCo’s trusted advisor for both digitalization and IT matters.
6. You will aim for close alignment with your IT counterparts, ensuring a solid understanding of business goals and IT execution according to business priorities.
7. You will manage the OpCo’s IT budget, ensuring consistent value generation from key platforms and programs, and personally managing strategically relevant projects.
Your Profile:
8. You bring in 5+ years of work experience in a similar role or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
9. You are a business-minded IT professional with a strong understanding of how IT can drive business value.
10. Essential methods for the role such as enterprise architecture, project execution, communication, presentation skills and change management are part of your toolbox.
11. You are excited to contribute your ideas and perspectives in an international and interdisciplinary context.
12. You can align technology solutions with business objectives, promote projects, and lead teams.
13. You are experienced in international projects or in an international working environment.
14. You can balance long-term strategic view with short/mid-term operational necessities.
15. Fluent in English and German in spoken and written.
