About this Position
A Senior Marketing Executive leads the marketing efforts for the Professional American Brand JOICO in EMEA with the core responsibility of developing and implementing the EMEA marketing strategy. This includes planning and executing projects for new and existing brands, sub-brands, and product lines originating from the Americas while ensuring adequate trained staff resources and/or necessary collaborations.
What you´ll do
* Be a member of the JOICO EMEA Management Team contributing to the overall JOICO business strategy
* Liaise with the global JOICO brand holder team and other regional counterparts on strategic opportunities and developments
* Lead marketing, advertising, and promotional activities, managing budgets and driving L17 steering
* Contribute to national and regional master plans with strategic marketing insights
* Develop and manage the overall communication strategy including content and asset creation via shoots and agency cooperations
* Develop consistent market sizing methodologies and create effective salon communication and tools
* Implement channel specific strategies and marketing initiatives
* Analyze market opportunities and build customer roadmaps in collaboration with stakeholders
* Drive brand positioning with accountability for the product portfolio management, implementing innovation pipeline for sustainable growth in EMEA
* Mentor and develop regional project teams, ensuring successful campaign execution to grow the JOICO brand
What makes you a good fit
* Master’s degree in marketing or a related field or relevant job experience
* Min. 6+ years of relevant international experience within the beauty, fashion or luxury industries
* Strong commercial judgment and proficiency in modern marketing techniques
* Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and networking skills with first leadership experience
* A proactive, hands-on problem solver with conflict resolution abilities
* Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
* Regular willingness to travel including to our offices in the Netherlands
