We are looking for Sales Managers at various levels, including those ready to take on a lead role, to join us in the Stuttgart area – the heart of the automotive world in Germany. You will play a key role inbuilding and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, driving sales and identifying new business opportunities. While we’re primarily seeking an experienced professional, we’re open to considering candidates with strong potential and the right drive to grow within the role.
Tasks
* Proactively drive sales growth by developing new customers and maintaining relationships with current customers
* Manage the negotiations with key customer accounts, working directly with key decision-makers at OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers, with an emphasis on building lasting partnerships
* Close complex sales deals while meeting or exceeding revenue goals and targets
* Stay informed on industry developments, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to spot and capitalize on new opportunities
* Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to deliver customized solutions that address client needs and specifications
* Represent Johnson Electric at key industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to build brand awareness and strengthen client relationships
Profile
* Successfully completed business degree or comparable technical qualification
* 3-5 years of proven sales experience within the automotive industry, with a track record of leading negotiations, fostering strategic customer relationships, and achieving results in a competitive market
* Strong technical understanding of automotive technologies and solutions
* Fluency in English and German (additional language is an advantage)
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach, capable of navigating the complexities of the automotive sales environment
* Willingness to travel (mainly within Europe)
