If you're a highly motivated team player, and have a passion for technology and sales, then we want to hear from you Main Responsibilities As our Business Development Representative, you'll be responsible for: Identifying and creating new opportunities for our sales team through a combination of smart lead finding, social selling, email campaigns, cold calling, and clever outbound sales techniques. Becoming an expert about the company, industry, our product, and features to effectively present Caplena's value proposition to potential customers Working closely with Account Executives to ensure a healthy sales pipeline Collaborating with the Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to maximize our growth trajectory Maintaining and improving a scalable outbound prospecting system Tracking and managing prospects, as well as qualifying leads by using a modern sales tech stack Participating in team meetings, networking, trade shows to grow the business.
