Your mission As our Product Marketing Manager, you will act as the bridge between product, sales, and marketing, ensuring our solutions are effectively positioned in the market and resonate with our customers. You’ll lead efforts to craft compelling product messaging, enable sales teams, and build strategies to increase product adoption and awareness across target segments. You will play a pivotal role in defining how Kaiko Systems communicates its value proposition to stakeholders, driving market demand, and ensuring alignment between customer needs and product development. Your skillset to navigate success: Owning product positioning and messaging: Develop compelling product narratives that resonate with target audiences across diverse geographies and market segments. Driving go-to-market strategies: Plan and execute product launches, collaborating closely with product, sales, and customer success teams. Conducting customer research: Perform qualitative interviews and quantitative surveys to understand user personas, pain points, and market needs, using these insights to shape marketing and product strategies. Enabling sales teams: Develop sales enablement materials, including case studies, product presentations, and competitive analyses, to empower teams to effectively communicate the product’s value. Creating content: Work with internal teams to create educational and promotional content, such as blog posts, white papers, videos, and presentations. Collaborating on the product roadmap: Provide customer and market insights to inform product development and prioritize features. Measuring success: Monitor and report on the success of product marketing campaigns, analyzing metrics such as adoption rates, engagement, and customer satisfaction. Supporting customer engagement: Strengthen relationships with customers by gathering feedback and showcasing how our solutions address their challenges. Your profile You have 3 years of experience in product marketing or a related field, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment. Experience in the logistics, maritime, or transportation sector is a plus but not required. You have a proven track record of crafting impactful go-to-market strategies and successfully launching products. You’re skilled in conducting market research and using insights to influence product and marketing strategies. You’re organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects with tight deadlines. You’re a proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. You have excellent english written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging. Worried you don’t check every box?
