Your tasks will be:
1. IT support by telephone and e-mail
2. Problem analysis and resolution
3. Remote user support
4. Incident processing and solution as well as documentation in the ticket system
5. Installation and training of the software at the customer’s site
6. Preparation of task-specific technical documentation
You have the following skills and qualifications:
7. Desirable: Vocational training in the IT sector
8. Optimally first experiences in the User Help Desk
9. Sound knowledge of Windows operating systems, Linux, Microsoft Office, Exchange
10. Basic knowledge of network technology
11. Experience in configuring network drives and printers
