Your Tasks:
* Responsibility spans across Sales and NBD in all relevant areas.
* Maintain and develop sales to key accounts and all customers within the designated geographical area.
* Ensure profitable and sustainable growth of organic peroxides in the area, in line with BU strategy.
* Identify and develop new markets and applications.
* Act as the liaison between the BU and the customer.
Your Qualifications:
* >10 years in sales and business development is required.
* Fluent in German and English. French is a plus.
* Open-minded, adaptable to different mentalities, and communicative.
* Willingness to travel.
* Negotiation skills at various levels in an international environment.
* Perfect integrity and adherence to the company's corporate rules.
* Team worker and reporting diligence.
