* Manage activation and communication strategies and channels to promote and complete upskilling offerings, always prioritizing the customer experience
* Plan and execute various engagement activities, including campaigns, creating and deploying visuals and videos, as well as hands-on content for learners in multiple formats (text, video), featured on platforms like the social intranet
* Collaborate with UX colleagues to ensure the highest impact of campaigns, keeping learners motivated and engaged
* Enhance the development, scalability, and reuse of communication and engagement activities based on their measurable outcomes
* Maintain a consistent and clear tone in communication with end-users to make digital upskilling offerings engaging and comprehensible
Ihre Qualifikationen:
* Experience in coordinating communication measures and channels with a customer-centric approach
* Proven ability to design and deploy activation and communication activities, including the creation of visuals and videos
* Strong hands-on content creation skills for various formats (text, video).
* Ability to work closely with UX teams to optimize campaign impact
* Proven track record of improving communication and engagement activities based on measurable impact
* Excellent communication skills (English/German) to ensure a consistent tone of voice in end-user communications
