Applications are considered on a rolling basis Frankfurt Hybrid Job Description Adapteo is seeking a skilled and proactive Product Quality Manager to oversee and enhance quality assurance processes within our modular building business. This role will play a pivotal part in harmonizing supplier quality, defining inspection standards, and ensuring compliance with Adapteo’s technical documentation and expectations. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement robust quality control processes across supplier factories, including Product Control Sheets (PCS) for key quality metrics. Conduct supplier capability assessments to identify production capabilities and limitations, ensuring alignment with Adapteo's quality standards. Define and oversee factory-specific quality protocols, including inspection tools, audit trails, and compliance procedures. Collaborate with design teams to establish and verify quality control points like tolerances for modular products to ensure production consistency across multiple suppliers. Coordinate and monitor pilot production runs with suppliers, driving continuous improvement and corrective actions as needed. Work closely with external factories in Eastern Europe to implement standardized quality procedures and ensure adherence to Adapteo’s technical documentation. Align internal processes, tools and documentation with external quality controls to ensure seamless communication and implementation across teams, including project management and sales. Provide input on internal processes such as reporting deviations, lifecycle management of modules, and maintenance and repair documentation.
