Today, more than 4,800 experts from over 50 countries contribute to our sustainable success.Job DescriptionYou are responsible for the overarching CSR strategy of the company and contribute to the planning and implementation of the company-specific CSR governance, quality objectives, and the coordination and documentation of CSR activities at both national and international levels.As a leader, you will be expected to take responsibility for a team of approximately 3 to 4 employees, guiding them not only in the execution of CSR initiatives but also in their professional development and performance.Your tasks include creating an annual CSR benchmark, tracking CSR metrics, KPIs, and indicators.
