* Analyze sales activities to identify potential opportunities and explore innovative business fields and distribution formats.
* Drive strategic global projects, collaborating with various stakeholders (brand, marketing, sales) to enhance our omnichannel approach and improve our point of sales, with a focus on wholesale.
* Contribute to the CSO management office by leading and creating board-level content, including presentations and analyses.
* Collaborate closely with our subsidiaries to ensure a strong go-to-market approach and best-in-class support to our business partners.
* Analyze and translate customer and industry trends into relevant measures and activities within the scope of the company-wide sales strategy.
* Ensure fact-based decision-making and present possible courses of action regarding the future orientation of the company to the top management as well as external interfaces.
Your profile:
* Master's degree/MBA with 7+ years of experience in retail, consumer brands, or strategy consultancy.
* Proven track record in strategic business development and brand-focused projects.
* Extensive go-to-market expertise with a keen understanding of industry and market dynamics.
* Proficient in English, with basic German skills preferred.
* Exceptional analytical, conceptual, communication, and presentation abilities.
* Confident, adaptable team player who excels in detail-oriented, pragmatic, and solution-focused approaches.
