Responsibilities:
1. Lead various trade customers in the e-commerce sector as well as direct-to-consumer shops. Be responsible for the achievement of the business targets (Sales, Gross Profit) and other non-financial targets. Develop, execute and monitor the digital activation
2. Develop a complete understanding of customers’ business activity and strengthen customer relationships to enhance long-term partnerships
3. Drive category potential through the execution of an annual customer plan based on the international core range and new product development. Additionally, prepare sales reports, control budgets and investments, and forecast monthly sales volumes
4. Ensure a seamless onboarding process for the brand on biggest German marketplaces, develop business plans using the 4Ps and monitor the success with KPIs
5. Acquisition of new relevant customers and development of new sales channels
Qualifications:
6. University degree and 3-5 years experience in e-commerce & digital communication (experience in FMCG business beneficial)
7. Good understanding of the overall sales processes, customers & competitors, full understanding of client P&L and ways to activate
8. Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, effective negotiation skills, and ability to work collaboratively in teams or independently
9. In-depth understanding of key financial figures
10. Experience in onboarding, managing & activating online marketplaces
11. Fluent in German and English
