As a Strategic Sales Executive Fleet Management you will work together with your Sales colleagues targeting the automotive, aerospace & defense and the manufacturing industry to acquire new customers for our fleet management solution. If you're passionate about robotics, automation, manufacturing and logistics and if keywords such as AMR, AGV or fleet management are by no means new to you, join us and become part of an amazing integrated Sales Team!
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
YOU WILL...
1. create value for your customers by identifying, understanding and challenging your customers pains to build a scalable and feasible solution that delivers on what we promise
2. work together with your international sales colleagues from the automotive, aerospace & defense and manufacturing vertifcals to generate leads and build success around our fleet management product
3. generate and be responsible for your own deals pertaining to our KINEXON Fleet Management solution
4. lead the direct-sales activities to generate leads and close opportunities in the fleet management space closely aligned with marketing, business development and product management colleagues
5. identify and nudge potential customers on their fleet management needs and show them how to leverage our solution
6. own the deal and manage your virtual account team through the entire sales cycle until signature
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
YOU...
7. have at least 5 years of experience in sales
8. have sales experience in the industrial verticals pertainingto robotics & fleet management specifically
9. have specific experience selling enterprise software / Saas
10. demonstrate a strong track record of customers success and engagements
11. have very good written and spoken English & German skills, and pay attention to grammar and tone
12. will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid set-up from our offices in Munich, or remotely within Germany
