Your responsibilities
1. Develop and lead the business department “Product Management Gas,” including a team of 25-30 highly qualified and diverse employees
2. Steer and develop the portfolio of products for selling Natural Gas (NG) and Green Molecules (e.g., Biomethane) with a clear focus on enabling green transformation for our customers
3. Contribute to Sales’ “Strategic Product Roadmap” and implement all gas and integrated products
4. Develop gas products, such as standards, pilots, or special customer solutions; particularly push innovative products or new services
5. Align the organization with the goal of short and cost-effective time-to-market delivery and foster full transparency on product costs
6. Develop and actively manage interfaces with relevant stakeholders (e.g., pricing, portfolio, risk)
7. Organize support in negotiating, offering, and closing contracts for gas and energy services
Your profile
8. Relevant university degree in Economics, Business Engineering, Business Administration, or Law
9. Significant experience in product, pricing or portfolio management
10. Knowledge and understanding of the commercial opportunities and risks, regulatory framework, and competition rules in the German B2B energy market
11. Strong process orientation and profound skills in process definition and optimization with deep understanding of all governance topics
12. Timely recognition of business opportunities, with a creative and innovative mindset to identify overarching gas midstream products
13. Ability to manage a complex network of internal and external stakeholders at all levels with profound project management experience and a proven track record in leading strategic and operational projects
14. Good communication skills in combination with an assertive and engaging personality, fluency in German and English language
