As a Housekeeping Supervisor (m/f/d), you are a key member of our housekeeping team, working with your team to ensure our hotel is presented at its best. You are a perfectionist with an eye for detail and contribute to making sure our international guests have an unforgettable stay with us Your main responsibilities include: • Overseeing quality and standard control for our guest and VIP rooms • Managing daily work schedules for cleaning staff and their workflows • Ensuring cleanliness and order in rooms and public areas with your keen eye • Creating and monitoring repair orders, as well as managing lost and found items • Working closely with our management team and handling administrative tasks in the housekeeping office • Passing on your expertise to new colleagues and trainees during their onboarding Be able. • Completed training in hotel management or first professional experience • Good German and English skills • A team player with a passion for the hospitality industry Be connected.
