The Position We are seeking a dedicated Senior Agile Coach who is ready to take on a central role in the Virus Therapeutics Center (VTC). In this function, you will work directly with VTC and further Boehringer matrix teams to enhance their performance and support the implementation of agile values in their daily business. You will take the lead in large, cross-functional, and potentially matrix settings, managing teams and ensuring adherence to agile principles within development or optimization workstreams. Tasks & responsibilities - In your new role, you will guide plus train teams and the organization in their adoption of Agile values, principles, and techniques, and develop groups of people into high-performing teams. - You will encourage self-organization, collaborate with purpose, enable transparency to make product/process development flows successful. - You will facilitate teams in design and optimization of processes, frame discussions, and make meetings and workshops valuable in order to reach project goals. - Moreover, you will identify, analyze and resolve impediments, including outside interference and guide teams towards solutions. - You will keep abreast of latest developments in Agile working and utilizing the derived insights to help continuously improve the target operating model. - Finally, you will be part of the Boehringer Agile community, collaborate with internal and external initiative plus project teammates, to foster an environment to grow the Agile mindset. Requirements - University degree in Business, Computer Science or related field with several years of working experience in Agile coaching - Ideally, experience in supporting at least one Agile transformation - Certified in at least one Agile or related framework (e.g., Scrum, Project Management, Kanban, Design Thinking) - Excellent communication and servant leadership skills - Interpersonal savvy and ability to energize others - High competency in problem-solving and leading teams towards solutions - Strong conflict resolution skills - Ability to quickly adapt to new situations and learn on the fly - Fluency in English in speaking and writing Ready to contact us?
