IT Senior Executive

MAIN ROLE
The IT Senior Executive has the main responsibility of delivering IT solutions and services to close IT helpdesk tickets and requests from internal customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. User desktop setup for MacOS and Windows, operating systems installation (e.g., SAP, GSMS, IBP, Mirai, POS systems).
2. Maintain user access in Active Directory and O365.
3. Maintain IT equipment and devices like laptops, printers, scanners, servers, network devices, etc.
4. Provide technical support, planning, and coordination for end-user touch points of the distributed computer environment.
5. Knowledge in desktop, software, and hardware installation, support, distribution, and remote access technologies (Quik Assist, TeamViewer, etc.).
6. Support role in Application Support Services (AMS) for operating systems: SAP, Mirai, POS systems.
7. IT procurement and asset inventory.
8. Other IT duties as assigned by the manager.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor's degree in IT-related courses.
2. 3+ years of experience in a similar role providing technical support.
3. Installing and configuring computer hardware and software, basic network troubleshooting, with working knowledge on infrastructure.
4. Understanding of Windows operating systems (Windows 10, WinServer, Windows Embedded).
5. Understanding of O365, Teams, Azure, or any Microsoft product. Microsoft certification is an advantage.
6. Experience troubleshooting PC antivirus utilities (Sophos, Symantec, etc.).
7. Preferably with experience in ServiceNow ticketing systems.
8. Ability to work on call after office hours if required, working on-site, shifting schedule, weekends, and/or holidays.
9. Work with less supervision while being a team player.
10. Be friendly, supportive, and helpful to all internal users/customers.
