Description Handling new contracts: processing proposals, creating and finalizing contracts. Administrative follow up of existing files: daily management and updating of files. Financial management of current files: processing of operations such as additional payments, arbitrages, partial or total surrenders, management of maturities and situations linked to death. Answering written and telephone inquiries: supporting Business Partners and customers by providing them with solutions tailored to their satisfaction. Support the sales team in its various missions. Work in collaboration with other internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient file management. Profile Solid experience and knowledge of the products/services offered within the life insurance sector Fluency in French and Dutch Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both oral and written, to ensure effective collaboration with all departments. Be adaptable and able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment. Creative mindset to bring innovative ideas and contribute to continuous process improvement. Be autonomous and take initiative, while being able to work as part of a team and share knowledge. Results oriented approach and ability to meet project deadlines.
