For our UL Solutions CMIT (Consumer, Medical & Information Technologies) division we are currently looking an Sales Executive (m/f/i) in our DACH region. This position is in our Sales Field Service team with the main focus on customer support and new customer acquisition. The travel requirement for this role is 80%. Preferred living location is Southern Germany. MAIN TASKS: Customer support: - Actively maintaining relationships with existing customers worldwide and identifying new business opportunities. - New customer acquisition: Targeted acquisition of new customers in regions such as Asia, North America and Europe. Technical consulting: - Answering technical inquiries or forwarding them to our Research Development department. Business trips and presentations: - Planning and execution of national and international business trips as well as participation in trade fairs and industry events. Distributor network: - Maintaining and developing existing and new distributor relationships through regular communication, training and visits, among other things. Market analyses: - Evaluation of new markets and customer relationships as well as analysis of potential successes and risks. You have: - Experience as a Field Sales professional or similar with technical backround or in a technical working sector for min. 2 years. - Technical backround (Engineering, Radio Technology or similar) is a plus - Willingness to quickly familiarize yourself with the topic of EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) - Language skills: Very good written and spoken German and English. - High willingness to travel (for the DACH region) - Training or studies in the technical field - Personality: A loyal, success-oriented personality who represents our company values and increases sales success. - Intercultural competence: experience in intercultural communication and negotiation with international partners.
