Job Requirements Junior Product Manager The Junior Product Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the growth and development of our fire protection product portfolio, specifically targeting key industries such as Marine, Commercial Construction, Offshore, CPI, Aerospace, and OEM. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful development, launch, and commercialization of fire protection solutions tailored to these industries. Responsibilities: Market Analysis and Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the targeted industries. Analyze competitor offerings and customer needs to inform product development and positioning. Product Development and Management: Assist in the development of new fire protection products and solutions that meet the specific requirements of the Marine, Commercial Construction, Offshore, CPI, Aerospace, and OEM industries. Manage the product lifecycle, including product launch, marketing, sales, and post-launch support. Pricing Strategy: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement pricing strategies that maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the target markets. Analyze pricing data and identify opportunities for optimization. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders within the Marine, Commercial Construction, Offshore, CPI, Aerospace, and OEM sectors. Provide technical support and address customer inquiries. Sales Enablement: Develop sales tools, training materials, and presentations to support the sales team in effectively selling fire protection solutions to targeted industries. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in product management, sales, or a related field Strong understanding of fire protection principles and industry standards Knowledge of the Marine, Commercial Construction, Offshore, CPI, Aerospace, and OEM industries Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in the fire protection industry Familiarity with industry certifications and regulations Proficiency in market research and data analysis tools
