Who will you be joining?
The Global Talent Strategy & Innovation Manager is responsible for crafting and driving a comprehensive talent management strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives. This role focuses on integrating both market and internal best practices, as well as fostering connections to leverage the full potential of Allianz Group. The successful candidate will design and implement innovative, data-driven talent management solutions that are at the forefront of market standards and technology. By fostering an inclusive talent management strategy that values diversity, equity, and inclusion, the role aims to drive both cultural and business outcomes. Successful adoption of these practices across the operating entities will be achieved by leveraging these internal and external best practices to foster innovation and by building bridges to maximize the potential of Allianz Group.
How can you make an impact?
You will:
* Strengthen the Talent Management function at Allianz as Center of Excellence by enhancing business and innovation impact, governance scope, talent experience, and market benchmarking
* Shape and execute a talent management strategy that identifies, nurtures, and develops high-potential talent, aligning with Allianz's strategic goals and focusing on macro skills needs of the business
* Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion by supporting a culture of inclusivity and ensuring that the talent management strategy fosters organizational diversity
* Develop innovative concepts, processes, and products by leveraging the latest technologies and data analysis to identify trends, assess the talent portfolio and close possible gaps
* Conduct research and benchmarking while building strong relationships with external companies and vendors to deliver best-in-class solutions tailored to Allianz's business needs
* Provide ongoing support, training, and coaching to talent partners across operational entities to ensure effective and standardized implementation of talent management practices
* Utilize selected KPIs to steer and monitor the achievement of set goals, ensuring alignment of assessment centers and top leadership development programs with the competencies, skills, and mindsets required for business success
* Develop and drive processes to support senior leaders in cultural onboarding, integration and role modelling to enhance cultural fit and leadership effectiveness
What are you made of?
Minimum Qualification:
* Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
* Business fluent in English
Preferred Qualifications:
* At least 10 years of experience in varied business areas, with a minimum of 5 years in HR focusing on talent management and leadership development
* Talent management and/or top leadership development experience from outside Allianz Group is highly desirable
* Exceptional strategic, innovative, and conceptual capabilities
* Proven skills in project management, effective governance, and KPI steering within a large, complex organization
* Strong customer orientation and problem-solving abilities with cultural sensitivity
* Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask effectively
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data analysis to inform decisions
* Ability to continuously optimize and innovate concepts and products leveraging AI technologies
* Highly motivated, dynamic, and self-steering with a willingness to take on and own new challenges
* Ability to manage different stakeholders effectively
* Very good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
* Previous experience in business related functions (i.e. Sales, Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Investment Management, Asset Management, Consulting, Product Development, Finance, Market Management, Digital / Tech etc.) is a plus
