We're building Amazon EU Fashion Stores into the most loved fashion shopping destination for customers, serving all sizes, budgets, and styles. The EU Fashion marketplace team is seeking an exceptional senior leader to drive the growth of existing sellers and premium/luxury segments across all EU Fashion Stores. Reporting into senior leadership in Luxembourg, you will spearhead the expansion of this multi-billion-dollar business through strategic seller partnerships and marketplace development. You will be responsible for accelerating growth of European Fashion Brands through strategic account management and by influencing critical partner teams (SAS, ESM, FBA, SFP, EU Retail Fashion). You will lead a team of Strategic Account Managers focused on our largest fashion partners. Additionally, you will drive our premium and luxury strategy, creating an environment where high-end brands can grow sustainably while protecting their brand equity. This includes expanding Luxury Stores and developing our premium fashion proposition in partnership with US and EU teams. You will also oversee a Product Management team focused on enhancing the Seller Experience, with particular emphasis on Brand Owners and Resellers. Working closely with the 3P Seller Experience central team, you will shape and execute the roadmap to elevate the experience for Fashion Sellers in Europe. Key job responsibilities • Drive growth of existing Fashion Brands across EU (including major Brand Owners and multi-million euro Resellers) • Own and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) for strategic partners (including M&S, NEXT) • Lead selection expansion, pricing optimization, and customer experience improvements • Manage and develop a cross-functional team across sales, account management, and product • Build and optimize a world-class portfolio of Fashion brands and selection • Act as single-threaded owner for strategic pan-EU programs, including Seller Experience initiatives • Lead Premium/Luxury expansion, including Luxury Stores growth and premium brand partnerships • Partner with 3P and EU Retail teams on premium fashion development • Own business planning cycles (OP1/OP2/3YP) with Senior Leadership (L10) • Drive major EU-wide initiatives in collaboration with EU Retail and international teams • Serve as escalation point for strategic seller issues
