Qualifications:
1. Technical certification or degree in a related field, customer service experience is a plus.
2. Experience with preparing quotations and with ERP Systems.
3. Familiarity with energy or related industries.

Roles and Responsibilities:
5. Perform installation, troubleshooting, and repairs:
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems and ensuring timely resolution.
Conduct repairs and replacements of faulty components or systems to restore full functionality.
Install and set up our products and systems according to specifications.
Test and verify the proper functioning of our EFOY fuel cells after repairs or installations.
Coordinate with other service centers and the HQ for data exchange to optimize service and
customer experience.
6. Provide technical support and customer service:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and service requests.
Offer guidance and instructions to customers on the operation and maintenance of our products.
Identify and address customer concerns or complaints, striving to achieve complete
customer satisfaction.
Maintain excellent communication and build strong relationships with customers.
