As Vice President (VP) Life Sciences Instruments, you will be responsible for driving growth by leading further development and execution of our Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for the life sciences instruments sector, a key target market for realworld one. In this role, you will collaborate closely with key customers and internal teams to address the most critical business challenges within their service, sales, and application organizations by leveraging our XR solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will engage with senior executives at the C-suite, VP, and Director levels to define tailored strategies for solving their key business challenges and oversee the execution to drive impactful outcomes. You will manage and mentor a growing team of account management team members, guiding their development and ensuring their success within the organization. In addition, you will work cross-functionally with marketing, product, implementation, and finance teams to drive alignment and ensure the seamless execution of our GTM strategy. You will also own the fiscal and budget planning process, including forecasting, to ensure all strategies align with the company's overall financial objectives. As a member of realworld one's Leadership Team, you will work closely with senior leaders and the CEO to shape the company's strategic direction and influence the XR solution roadmap, representing the interests of the life sciences instruments market. Qualifications Advanced degree, preferably an MBA or master's degree in a relevant field 7 years of work experience post-graduate school, with a proven track record of professional achievement and impact Experience at the Principal/Associate Partner level or higher in the consulting industry, preferably at a tier-one consulting firm Demonstrated experience in developing new customer relationships and generating business development opportunities, leading to successful customer engagements Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with experience overseeing large-scale projects and driving them to successful completion Extensive expertise in the Life Sciences sector, with a strong emphasis on Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs); experience with service organizations is a significant plus Proven leadership and mentorship abilities, with a focus on guiding and developing junior to mid-level professionals About realworld one realworld one's mission is to accelerate advancements in the life sciences community by providing the best extended reality solutions.
