How You Will Make a Difference Operational Excellence : Drive operational improvements through VA/VE, lean management and establish a zero waste culture in our manufacturing site in Mainz. Foster a problem solving culture in line with the Deublin Performance System. Digitalization and Automation : Implement smart manufacturing solutions, leverage automation and data analytics to enhance efficiency, quality, and transparency in production processes. Market Share Expansion : Expand the business beyond the established market presence by fostering new collaborations with OEMs and by developing and implementing an ambitious aftermarket strategy. Increase market share by utilizing our full product range across premium and mid market segments. Innovation : Drive the transformation towards an agile organization through customer focused innovation. What You Should Be Good at Leadership: Strong general management experience, including driving operational improvements and manufacturing efficiency for complex, technology driven products, as well as fostering customer success and growth. Educational Background: Bachelors degree (or higher) in engineering, business, or a related field. Strategic Vision: Ability to define, develop, and implement business strategies. Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and German, with the ability to engage diverse teams and stakeholders across global markets.
