Working Student (f/m/d) - Graphic Design

What you'll do
* Assisting with the development and graphic editing of various communications materials (e.g., Newsletters).
* Understanding and applying the SAP Brand Guidelines and Corporate Identity to various communication materials.
* Managing and organizing the team's document library.
* Providing general administrative support to the Communications team and carrying out various tasks as assigned (e.g., ordering print products).
Preferred start date: August 1st, 2024
Location: Walldorf, DE, 69190 (preferred), other locations (optional). Working hours flexible in consultation with the team.
What you bring
* Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences.
* Preferred major(s): graphic design, communication design, communications, or comparable fields.
* First experience and previous knowledge from other marketing or media design departments.
* Strength in analytical and strategic thinking or in creative work.
* Computer skills: Proficient in MS Office, especially SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Excel. Ideally, experience with InDesign and Photoshop; familiarity with PremierePro or comparable video editing tools is a plus.
* Language skills: Fluent in English and at least B1/B2 German.
* Soft Skills: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
* Obligatory: Reliability, independence, flexibility, and goal-oriented work.
