Our client is a fast-growing, med-tech company with an established worldwide reputation for producing, revolutionary and disruptive technology in the world of cardiac surgery/perfusion. Due to their continued growth, they are not looking for a Informatics Assosiate to join their team.
Key responsibilities:
* Work independently with general instruction and broad work expectations.
* Configure the software specific to customer needs and/or company goals.
* Configure, customise and adjust reports.
* Assist and/or complete device connectivity and aids in whatever manner required for customer implementations.
* Designing third-party device connectivity solutions to suit different hospital environments.
* Complete site surveys and arrange for all necessary equipment to be ordered.
* Collaborate with field clinical sales team to optimise and customise informatics builds.
* Assist and test customer settings before, during and after software updates.
To be considered for this position candidates must closely match the following reference profile:
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent or work experience in the medical field (such as Nurse, Perfusionist, OR-Nurse, Anaesthesia-Nurse, etc.) or Biomedical engineering or IT experience.
* Willingness and ability to work in a highly clinical hospital environment and team with Perfusionists, Nurses, Physicians, IT people, Biomedical Engineers etc.
* Willingness and ability to understand clinical procedures and workflows.
* Willingness and ability to understand the digital integration of company products into the hospital's digital environment.
* Excellent communication skills
* Appreciation of the importance of attention to detail.
* Self-driven, and highly motivated to perform.
* Strong organisational skills, and ability to prioritise tasks.
* Ability and willingness to work on a self-organised agenda.
* Creative problem-solving.
* Adaptable to different hospital work environments.
* Willingness to travel up to 75%.
* Fluent in German and English (written and verbal).
