Job Description
To expand our team in Munich, we are looking for a Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to develop our owned and paid channels and sustainably enhance our brand profile.
Responsibilities
Owned Media: Website & content management
* Further development and maintenance of the company website (content and page management)
* Creation, optimisation and regular updating of content (blog posts, case studies, landing pages)
* Search engine optimisation (SEO): Keyword strategy, on-page optimisation and technical improvements
* Newsletter: list management, content creation, conception and implementation of campaigns
* Analysing and monitoring website/campaign performance, deriving recommendations for action
Paid & Social: LinkedIn as a central channel
* Support and further development of the company profile on LinkedIn
* Development of a content strategy to increase reach and engagement rate
* Management and optimisation of paid campaigns on LinkedIn
* Community management and targeted networking with relevant stakeholders
* Search engine marketing (SEA)
* Planning, implementation and optimisation of Google Ads campaigns
* Budget management and performance analysis for the continuous improvement of campaign efficiency
Qualifications
* At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, especially in the areas of website management, SEO, SEA and social media
* Completed studies in communication sciences, marketing or a similar degree programme
* Confident handling of common CMS (e.g. WordPress), SEO tools, CRM/mailing systems (e.g. Hubspot), LinkedIn Campaign Manager and analytics tools
* Analytical mindset and data-driven approach to optimising marketing measures
* Independent, structured way of working and a flair for relevant content
* Strong communication skills and creativity for developing compelling content
* Business fluent and articulate in German and English (written and verbal)
