What you’ll do
1. Create modern, advanced email templates, design and modules using your advanced knowledge of HTML/CSS
2. Collaborate with CRM managers and external partners in order to translate content copies into email and push campaigns
3. Foster the development of a state of the art CRM infrastructure together with the rest of the team by implementing tracking
4. Execute programs for the perfect orchestration through different channels (email, push, SMS) and platforms (CDP, CMP, CRM, marketing automation tools)
5. You are a marketing automation/CRM platform expert (e.g. Oracle Responsys, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or similar) and implement the latest new features
6. Work closely on data sources and mapping, create lists, consume data for segmentation and personalization and support with new data integrations within the marketing platfor
What you'll need
7. Approximately 3-5 years' of experience in the CRM field and marketing automation
8. Experience working with CRM and campaign management platforms
9. Working knowledge of email campaign best practices including list and subscribers’ management, deliverability and compliance (GDPR)
10. Exceptional programming skills in HTML and SQL. Skills in Python or Javascript are a plus
11. Advanced knowledge using tracking tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Exact Tag, Adobe Analytics or similar)
12. Fluent business English skills (minimum B2+). Additional languages a plus
