Summary IT Business Partner Manufacturing Lead The Plant IT Lead has the overall responsibility to serve as the strategic interface for all related digital matters for BD?s Manufacturing Site Operations, serving proactively as a trusted advisor and the single point of contact for site LT. The Plant IT Lead Business Partner serves as the business relationship link between business TGS and the site for the purpose of Information Technology strategy development, solution discovery, service management, risk management and relationship management. Provide both tactical & Strategic leadership in a matrix organization structure for key IT initiatives. Proactively share knowledge of technology risks and opportunities to build competitive advantage and improve efficiency and effectiveness by communicate decisions, priorities and relevant project information to appropriate levels of staff regarding business unit requests and projects and initiatives. Partnering with other TGS IT tower leads, this position is accountable for each assigned site achieving service and operation SLAs for requests, projects, and global implementations aligned with manufacturing. ? As the conduit between Local Manufacturing Operations and our enterprise Technology & Global Services group (TGS), the Plant IT Business Partner will partner with the Plant Leadership Team (Plant Manager/Director, Plant Controller, Engineering Manager, Facilities Manager, Quality/Regulatory Manager, CI Manager, H.R.
