In addition you also receive and qualify inbound leads from Marketing. You regularly nurture and requalify the prospects already in our database to also consider these as your targets You prioritize new and existing prospects to focus on during the next period, in close alignment with your assigned Account Executives (AEs) Furthermore you establish contact to prospects through cold calling, email, social activities, virtual events, trade show visits and more You further qualify the match between our prospects’ individual business challenges, the Proemion set of solutions and assess mutual fit through prospecting & discovery call You guide qualified prospects through our new business sales process You develop and implement strategies to maintain relationships with niche customers and identify growth opportunities You demonstrate a readiness to learn and grow in the role, deliver exceptional customer support, and take the opportunity to work directly with our niche customers Your Skills You have a strong drive, intrinsic motivation and ability to overcome objections You are passionate about the Senior SDR role, professionally persistent and able to succeed and thrive in a fast-moving sales environment You can work independently and effectively manage your own time and efforts You are curious and open to learn as well as willing to benefit from coaching You have at least 1 year of B2B outbound experience, preferably within a comparable SDR or BDR role. It would be perfect, if your experience is from SaaS, PaaS or IaaS or another tech space, or from selling to OEM off-highway machine vendors (nice to have) Excellent German skills to communicate with prospects across the DACH area Good English skills to communicate with colleagues You have some experience using tools like Salesforce, Outreach and LinkedIn You embody our Core Values: We are passionate.
