We are currently looking for Analysts of all levels for our Leasing team in Germany (all cities). The team is involved in the reviewing, analyzing, and maintenance of lease agreements for properties ensuring accuracy in terms, rent calculations, and compliance with contract provisions. Areas of responsibility Reviewing real estate leases and documents to capture critical information (e.g., payments, dates, responsibilities). Works will clients up to 500 sqm Producing reports and data collection for managers and clients as needed Preparing investment memorandums Preparing data rooms for clients and key stakeholders Works with supervision and direction Required Qualifications 0-5 years of experience in real estate brokerage. Preferably university degree at MBA level with economics/real estate focus. Self-motivated, team oriented, and strong time management skills to prioritise tight deadlines. Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyse qualitative and quantitative information. Ability to be proactive, anticipate demands and accomplish tasks with minimal direction and oversight. Exceptional organisational, interpersonal, quantitative, writing and communication skills; able to interface with clients including their top-level executives.
