As the Senior Construction Quality Manager, you will be reporting to the Director, Construction Quality, working in a senior technical role with advanced knowledge in your subject matter area. In this role you will support and actively contribute to defining and developing the QA/QC Strategy for the function. You will be responsible for implementing best practice QA/QC processes across our regional Data Center construction portfolio. You will work within a matrixed organization, ensuring that NTT GDC standards are maintained across our build program, irrespective of scale, execution partners or country of build.
As the Senior Construction Quality Manager, you will provide technical support and leadership to execution teams, partners, and suppliers and foster a strong sense of quality culture to all teams, whilst also assisting construction teams, external consultants, general contractors, and suppliers, ensuring that NTT delivers outstanding Data Centers to both internal and external clients.
This is a full-time hybrid permanent position.

What you will do?
* Develop and implement QA/QC programs, standards and processes for Data Center Construction and Fit Out projects across the region and monitor their implementation on site
* Contribute to NTT Design Development and PQQ / Tender assessments of GCs
* Evaluate and approve the General/Prime Contractor Project Quality Plans, processes and reports during the initial project phases
* Lead effective quality risk assessments workshops with the GC and their subcontractors within the appropriate timeframe and before construction activity begins. Develop and report on top quality risks across the portfolio.
* Develop guidelines and training for external and internal stakeholders to ensure uniformity in quality standards
* Ensure compliance with offsite quality management systems and protocols, including but not limited to FATs, FWTs and DfSMA
* Develop and report on project quality metrics and KPIs for your prescribed region, providing improvement opportunities
* Perform technical inspections on project within your remit and across every package (structure, CSA, MEP, commissioning) to ensure adherence to quality standards
* Provide technical support to construction, commissioning and operational teams during construction and handover phase, including support to trend analysis, RCA development and subsequent resolution plans.
What we are looking for?
* Engineering degree in construction or engineering discipline
* Chartership in a related discipline
* Significant hands-on experience working on Mission Critical projects in relation to your discipline
* Strong understanding of the regulations, construction law and quality specifications for the geographies within your remit
* Ability to work independently
* Capability and willingness to travel across different countries and projects
* Experience in investigations, auditing, root cause analysis and reporting
* Experience in mentoring, coaching and managing people
