Job Description The B2B Commercial Project Specialist supports and manages organizational tasks and projects for Country Managing Director DACH. The objective is to handle as many areas of the Directors tasks as possible to maximize their time spent with customer meetings, managing their teams and executing brand strategies. The main tasks include: Project Management Support on commercial projects for Field Accounts in DACH Work autonomously on various projects within the Director’s team Supporting the Field Account community in a variety of topics Taking part in brand projects as assigned and maintaining document control Seeking, updating, and providing information, acting as a coordinator between different interest groups internally (and externally) Business Reporting and Planning Gathering and organizing reporting materials Supporting the teams with help for reporting tools Follow-up on KPIs agreed in Annual Business Plans Summarizing meeting action points and following up where necessary with stakeholders Co-ordinate collection of information to update the project’s reports. Provide appropriate stakeholders with the relevant up-to-date information Communication Support in communications material and organizing ways of working Prepare correspondence and presentations Organizational tasks Maintain and coordinate schedule/ calendar, arrange travel management and expenses Organization of meetings, travel coordinate agendas and meeting minutes
