To strengthen our team at the Bruchsal (near Karlsruhe) location, we are looking for a Headof Sales (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.
Your Mission
* Strategic and operational management of the Sales and Marketing departments.
* Professional and disciplinary leadership of the field sales and inside sales teams as well as marketing, totaling 13 employees worldwide.
* Development of global sales processes in cooperation with the parent company and subsidiary companies. Definition, monitoring, and analysis of sales metrics.
* Deriving trends, establishing and tracking corrective measures.
* Creation and implementation of sales concepts and associated marketing activities, such as acquiring new customers, cross-selling, and after-sales actions.
* Representing the company worldwide at stakeholder and sales events such as customer events or conferences. Coordinating bids for large-scale infrastructure projects in tunnel construction in collaboration with technical departments.
* Supporting field sales in presenting our system solutions to customers on-site and in related contract negotiations.
Your Profile
* Completed degree in Business Administration with a focus on Sales, Sales Engineering, or similar.
* Willingness to travel extensively worldwide.
* Extensive professional experience in sales of complex hardware and software solutions as well as IT-based technologies, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
* Ideally, professional experience and an existing network within the tunnel construction industry.
* Strong leadership personality with assertiveness and a team-oriented approach, with a sense for structures and processes.
* Strong negotiation skills.
* Profound knowledge of MS Office package (especially Excel).
* Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
