Job Overview:
We're seeking a Partnership and Strategic Business Development Manager to help our client deliver their growth objectives across Europe. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about building relationships at top to top levels and with a track record of success in partnership sales and very senior level negotiations. This is a remote position with lots of freedom and autonomy although there will be a lot of domestic and international travel involved [c30% of your time].
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
* Identify and pursue new partnership business opportunities across a number of verticals, including the education sector, public sector, and manufacturing/logistics sectors.
* Build and develop relationships with senior decision-makers, influencers, and partners (including C-Suite).
* Manage the sales pipeline from start to finish, including prospecting, lead generation, and sales forecasting.
* Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers and partners (including Tenders).
* Attend industry events and conferences to build awareness and relationships.
* Working closely with the broader Sales and Marketing team in the UK, USA and APAC.
Requirements:
* Existing network and track record in creating profitable strategic partnerships
* Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
* Experience building relationships and sales with C-Suite level individuals
* Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
* Willingness to travel [c 30% of your time will be international travel and trade shows]
Preferably, we seek individuals with a background in selling tech-based products within a B2B setting who have sold at very senior levels.
Our client offers a basic of c€130 000 (based on previous commercial experience) with up to 30% bonus on top.
