Intro Our mission is to prevent vision loss and ultimately blindness by developing AI software that assists eye doctors in therapy planning for their patients. We use computer vision deep learning models (AI) trained on thousands of cases and millions of images to predict disease progression, individualize therapy and improve outcomes. The decision support algorithm targets widespread eye diseases like Age-related Macular Degeneration (AMD, 7.5mio affected in Germany alone). Tasks You will work hand-in-hand with the CEO/Co-Founder and our Operations Manager on all things processes, operations, finance, customer relations… You will work with a variety of stakeholders, from team members, over shareholders to strategic partners and more You will help to optimise our internal processes, automating manual work whenever you can, making our processes everyday more efficient and standardized You will coordinate and manage projects in the CEO Office, including the preparation of presentations, reports and analyses You will help carry out market and competitive analyses in order to make well-founded recommendations for strategic initiatives You will support the day-to-day business in the Office You will help foster a vibrant company culture … and more: in a startup, new things come up all the time, so let’s figure them out together Requirements Academic Background: Pursuing your Master's Degree (or Bachelor's with relevant work experience) in a relevant field, e.g. business administration, or a health- or tech-related field Problem-Solving Skills: Efficiently solve complex problems and manage multiple tasks Work Approach: Structured, organized, with an entrepreneurial spirit and an eye for detail Language Skills: Fluency in English and German required. Additional languages are always an asset.
