YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Shape our Software Methodology : Together with Engineering Leads of all product groups you are responsible for shaping our software development methodology and ensure that our product groups teams can work efficiently. Lead our team: To maintain this methodology you manage a team of R&D Platform Engineers and closely collaborate with our DevOps. Furthermore you are up to date to any changes and future projects within Riedel. Implementing new Workflows: After selecting a specific set of new tools, you are responsible for implementing the workflows and maintaining the correct rights structure. Collaboration and Communication : You will be closely collaborating with different departments and regularly communicate with all product groups, their respective Product Owners, Product Managers and other stakeholders. THAT'S YOU A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or relevant industry experience. Excellent understanding of technical aspects of software development, operations and delivery. Be able to continuously identify and implement improvement to the software development and delivery process. We currently work with Confluence, Jira, Bamboo, Jenkins and more. Open, transparent and strong communication skills in English to collaborate effectively in a multinational R&D organization, German is optional but very advantageous.
