Job Description We are seeking an experienced Senior SEA Manager to join our team and lead projects related to our Search Engine Advertising efforts, focusing on managing collaborations and aligning initiatives with internal stakeholders to drive success. Your Tasks Project Management & Strategy Alignment : Take ownership of SEA projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all tasks align with business objectives. Collaborate with internal markets and key stakeholders to gather inputs, create cohesive strategies, and monitor project milestones. Stakeholder Engagement : Act as a contact for internal stakeholders, facilitating regular updates, feedback loops, and strategy alignments to maximize the impact of SEA projects. Project Execution & Optimization : Support and manage SEA activities, ensuring timely and effective execution of campaigns. Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance project efficiency. Performance Monitoring : Work closely with your lead to track, measure, and analyze the success of SEA initiatives. Leverage data insights to inform decision-making, identify trends, and propose changes to improve outcomes. Hands-on Support : Directly manage one SEA key account, collaborate directly with the SEA team to optimize campaigns, manage budgets, and ensure the smooth functioning of all ongoing initiatives. Knowledge Sharing & Team Development : Facilitate the development and sharing of SEA knowledge across the team by organizing workshops, providing training, and documenting best practices to ensure continuous growth and collaboration.
