As an Onsite Technician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional user experiences at our Finkenwerder site. In this role, you will handle tickets and provide top-notch support, ensuring our users are always satisfied.
Your Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of contact for all technical inquiries and issues, providing creative solutions with a smile.
* Take ownership of deploying and maintaining IT systems, including MS Win 10 and MS Active Directory.
* Handle hardware/software installations, network configurations, and actively participate in IT projects like rollouts, migrations, and hands-on support.
* Analyze and document system and application errors effectively.
Your Skills:
* Formal training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or at least 2 years of experience in IT support.
* Strong experience with the Microsoft environment.
* Familiarity with ticketing systems.
* Excellent communication skills with fluent German (C1) and good English language proficiency for daily use.
