You will be responsible for driving the commercial performance across these markets, supported by an eCommerce Associate. The role requires close collaboration with local marketing, retail, and sales teams to ensure channel meeting the budget though out channel differentiated strategies. PL (m/w/d) Kirchheim unter Teck Key responsibilities • Define and manage annual sales budgets for each market • Collaborate with local teams (Marketing, Retail, and Sales) to create a robust annual plan to meet sales targets and ensure channel differentiation • Assess and quantify the commercial impact of the activities within the annual plan • Work on product forecasts with Marketing team for future activities • Ensure the availability of stock to support key commercial activities • Provide regular sales performance executive reports to senior stakeholders analyzing: • Highs: Identifying opportunities for growth and working with Marketing to maximize impact • Lows: Investigating root causes and presenting actionable solutions to address issues • Enhance consumer journeys, both on-site and to the site, working with difital marketing teams Establish yourself as a Subject Matter Expert in eCommerce within the local team, leveraging your experience, knowledge, and leadership to drive strategic initiatives, influence decisions, and focus on consumer needs and market trends • Maintain a balance between driving top-line sales and managing bottom-line P&L.
