The Regional Quality Specialist (m/f/d) for the regions (APAC, Russia, CIS, LATAM, the Middle East, Africa and China) is a pivotal role responsible for understanding and enhancing the perception of quality within the organization and the market. Responsible for quality topics within the commercial organization for the “International” markets and working closely with Quality of MedTech of the Plant Units and R&D entities.
Develop and implement effective action plans to address identified gaps in quality and improve quality perceptions within the organization and international markets are one of the key responsibilities of this position. The focus lies on manage, consolidate and work for the improvement of perception of quality in the regions.
Your assignments
1. Conduct thorough assessments of current quality metrics and standards in various international regions
2. Develop innovative action plans to address gaps in quality and enhance overall performance
3. Implement these action plans in coordination with local teams and international stakeholders
4. Prepare detailed reports on the current state of quality, identifying areas for improvement
5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented quality initiatives
6. Collaborate with regional managers, local quality assurance teams and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on quality objectives
7. Communicate effectively across all levels to promote a culture of quality excellence
8. Ensure ongoing compliance with international quality standards and regulations
9. Continuously seek and integrate feedback to adapt and refine action plans
Your profile
10. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Quality Management, Engineering, Life Sciences or a related discipline
11. Minimum 3 years of experience in quality management, quality assurance or a similar role within the pharmaceutical, medical device or life sciences industry
12. Experience with quality management systems (QMS) and quality improvement tools and familiarity with software for quality tracking and reporting
13. Knowledge of international quality standards and regulatory requirements
14. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with experience in quality metrics evaluation and action plan development
15. Excellent English language skills (written and spoken), German and additional languages are a plus
